This title might sound weird but if you do not have the ingredients the recipe calls for it’s time to improvise, exactly my resort to eliminate excuses or not continuing the diet. You will notice in many recipes I had to improvise because I could not find what the recipe calls for, this recipe was no different. I however always try to mimic textures and flavors in the diet and also not veering too far away from the ingredients in the diet. This stir-fry turned out perfectly, it was flavorful, easy to digest and definitely healing to the gut.
I sliced crab cakes and used it in the place of the tofu the recipe calls for, served on a bed of brown rice.
