A very easy homemade vegie broth recipe which aids tremendously to gut health. It helps with bloat, abdominal aches and take care of excessive gas production. This drink had helped me throughout the journey I’ve recorded thus far and is still aiding in my gut health. I love how easy it is to make a homemade vegie broth, store in the fridge and use in many recipes. My Thai acquaintance whom you’ll see in our global cuisine theme used this vegie broth in her dishes instead of store bought broths and she told me it gives a better flavor to her dishes.
