The name of this recipe was a bit unexpected to me. My perspective of how to prepare and cook the dish was completely opposite of how to actually prepare it. Nonethless, it all came out to be a simple but delicious cabbage ground beef stew. So, don’t get fooled by the exotic name. This is how we make stews in my country.
