A delicious easy on the gut sirloin and zucchini spaghetti, cut in thin strips and steamed in a ginger broth. I wasn’t sure of the soup until I got to taste it. The fragrance of the ginger and lemon zest cut straight through all the other ingredients, giving the dish a Thai-like flavor. This dish was a winner to me due to my improvisation. You’ll understand what I’m saying when you get to the same dish in a different week where I followed the instructions in the book. Believe me going with your gut feeling is always best, because that’s when you get the best results.
