Hello loves welcome back to the channel, in today’s video I’m gonna be sharing with you all a simple recipe perfect for cold weather seasons. A simple recipe for ULCERS, ACID REFLUX, HEARTBURN.
Today’s video is about food, simple recipes that I make my husband for ulcer and acid reflux. I hope it helps if you are struggling with one or both of these conditions.
I AM NOT AN EXPERT IN THIS FIELD,I AM JUST GOING TO BE MAKING SIMPLE RECIPES IN ACCORDANCE TO MY HUSBAND’S DOCTOR FOOD RECOMMENDATIONS.
I always make healthy recipes from my country’s cuisine. I also make other countries cuisines. But being a ordinary person you have to improvise..
Some butter/margarine/cooking oil
1 cup of milk
Some coriander. Optional
Salt to taste
Onions and tomatoes are not recommended but if they don’t trigger your reflux, heartburn and ulcer then I recommend you use them in VERY VERY SMALL QUANTITIES.
You can also use red pepper or paprika to replace tomatoes. ONLY IF peppers don’t trigger any of the conditions named above ☝️☝️.
My husband eats a little tomatoes and onions, it’s difficult for him to completely stop eating them. So at times I use them in some foods in small quantities. ONLY IF NECESSARY.
You can use green Bell peppers too in this recipe if you are using a blender. For me I did not use peppers, onions or tomatoes.
You can use fresh coriander too or ground coriander.
I recommend you stop using GARLIC completely,if you are struggling with any of the conditions named above ☝️ ☝️
