Hi, this is my first video!
It’s a tasty smoothie recipe that is GERD friendly. It has peanut butter that has fat but its a small amount so the fat is also a smaller amount.
I like this because it has a lot of flavor for pretty basic ingredients and it is so fast to make! I’ll be having more GERD friendly recipes as well as other normal recipes.
1 cup almond milk
1 ripe banana
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
2tsp – 2Tbl peanut butter
2 handfuls spinach
Add ingredients into blender. Blend. Drink. 😀
