For those of you new to the channel, my name is Mandy, and I’ve decided to start sharing GERD-Friendly Recipes with you, so we can once again enjoy a variety of delicious foods without triggering acid reflux.
Pasta was one of my favorite dishes before being diagnosed with GERD, so I had to find a way to make it GERD friendly: And here it is!
Not only so, it is also vegan and dairy free.
Of course, if you’re a meat lover, feel free to amp up the taste by throwing in some ground turkey or chicken!
