For those of you new to the channel, my name is Mandy, and I’ve decided to start sharing GERD-Friendly Recipes with you, so we can once again enjoy a variety of delicious foods without triggering acid reflux.
This bowl is one of my favorites, you would especially love it if you have a sweet tooth like me! The peanut sauce I made for the tofu also goes really well with a noodle stir fry! If you take out the peanut butter from the sauce, it becomes stellar for marinating chicken and salmon!
