GERD TREATMENT PLAN. RULE: one item @ the time. My tip how to approach treatment GERD/heartburn/LPR
When you have been diagnosed with GERD, acid reflux, laryngopharyngeal reflux (LPR), Silent reflux, Gastroesophageal reflux disease or heartburn, you need to create a plan to treat it and then execute it. If you’ve been able to identify the cause of your GERD/heartburn, then it’s not that difficult to chose correct treatment in form of supplement.
When you start treatment I recommend you fallow my rule: one item at the time. It means: do only one change (or take one supplement) at the time. There are several reasons for that. If you take several supplements at the same time then you do not know which one is working. If you decide to take several supplements to treat your GERD, acid reflux, laryngopharyngeal reflux (LPR), Silent reflux, Gastroesophageal reflux disease or heartburn at the time and one does NOT work, then you do not know which one is not working for you! If you have are experiencing side effect from one supplement then you must stop ALL supplements, wait for 3-4 weeks for side effect to clear, and then start with one item at the time!
