Today’s video is about food simple recipes that I make my husband for ulcer and acid reflux. I hope it helps if you are struggling with one of these conditions.

I always make recipes in accordance to my country cuisine, at times I also make other Countries cuisines.
Since I started making my husband these simple recipes , his reflux recently reduced. And am gonna keep it that way. With me I eat spices.
Ingredients
1/2kg black bean /njahi
sweet potato
cooking oil
salt to taste
coriander. Optional
carrots
Onions & tomatoes are not recommended but if they don’t trigger your reflux, heartburn & ulcer then use them in VERY VERY SMALL QUANTITIES.
You can also use red pepper to replace Tomatoes, if peppers don’t trigger your reflux, heartburn and ulcer.
My husband eats a little onions and tomatoes, it’s difficult for him to stop eating them. so at times I use them in small quantities. ONLY IF NECESSARY.
You can also use green peppers but in this video I am not going to use it, because they started triggering his reflux recently.
You can also use fresh coriander.
I’m not going to use tomatoes or onions either.
I recommend you stop using GARLIC completely if you are struggling with acid reflux, heartburn and ulcer.
