Hello loves welcome back to my channel,in today’s video I am gonna be sharing with you all a simple recipe for ULCERS, ACID REFLUX, HEARTBURN and GERD.
Today’s video is about food. Simple recipes that I make my husband for acid reflux and ulcers. I hope it helps if you are struggling with one of those conditions listed above.
I AM NOT AN EXPERT IN THIS FIELD,I AM JUST GOING TO BE MAKING SIMPLE RECIPES IN ACCORDANCE TO MY HUSBAND’S DOCTOR FOOD RECOMMENDATIONS.
I always make healthy recipes in accordance to my country cuisine,at times I make other countries Cuisines.
2 fried fish(Tilapia)
2 medium size grated carrots
3tbs cooking oil
Salt to taste
2 cups of brown rice
2 medium size chopped carrots
A bowl of green peas
4tbs cooking oil
4 medium size chopped Irish potatoes
Salt to taste
Onions and tomatoes are not recommended but if they don’t trigger your reflux, Heartburn ulcers and GERD then you Can use them in VERY VERY SMALL QUANTITIES.
You can also use red peppers or paprika to replace tomatoes. ONLY IF peppers don’t trigger your reflux, Heartburn & ulcers
My husband eats a little tomatoes and onions, it’s difficult for him to completely stop eating them, so at times I use them in small quantities. ONLY IF IT’S NECESSARY
You can use green peppers, but in today’s video I am not gonna use them because they started triggering his reflux recently.
I also stopped using ginger for a little while
You can also use fresh coriander too
I’m not going to use tomatoes or onions for this recipe either
I recommend YOU stop using GARLIC if you are struggling with any of those conditions listed above.
