GERD can be caused by a variety of different things. Most commonly, a poor diet and a stressful lifestyle cause our digestion to become off. If your stomach acid isn’t as strong as it should be, or if you aren’t making enough acid, you may experience GERD systems. This includes a burning pain in the chest, hiccups, a loss of appetite and much more. Unlike heartburn, GERD doesn’t go away overnight – it can last for months if not years.
That’s why when you’re healing, it’s important to cut out acidic foods, especially foods which are greasy, processed, fried or spicy. In today’s video, I’ll explain why this is important.
Please stay tuned for my book on how I healed from GERD which will be available soon! 📚😁
